Therapeutic Cuddle Sessions:

Platonic, consent-based touch for nurturing, safe connection.

with Tiffany Fisher, PhD, LMT

What is Therapeutic Cuddling?

It is a platonic, consent-based form of touch that supports nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and a felt sense of safety.

Sessions involve non-sexual, fully clothed touch such as holding, leaning, or supportive contact, always guided by clear communication and mutual agreement. The focus is not intimacy or performance, but presence, grounding, and rest.

Therapeutic cuddling sessions offer a structured, intentional space where touch is slow, respectful, and responsive. Sessions are paced with care and may include pauses, changes, or moments of stillness. You are never expected to push past your comfort level or override your own signals.

This work can be especially supportive for people experiencing stress, anxiety, sensory sensitivities, or trauma histories. Therapeutic cuddle sessions can also benefit people who have goals related to touch or human connection. Touch just feels good, and touch in an explicitly platonic container can be not only supportive and nurturing, but also healing.

Meet your cuddler.

Tiffany Fisher, PhD, LMT, has a background in special education and massage therapy, and a long-standing passion for helping people feel safe and at ease in their bodies.

Her approach to therapeutic cuddling is gentle, intuitive, and deeply respectful. She brings a calm, steady presence to sessions, offering a space where you don’t have to perform, figure anything out, or be “on.” You can just show up as you are…even if you are tired or a little guarded. You are welcome to not have it all together.

Some clients come in needing rest. Others are craving connection, comfort, or a sense of being cared for. Tiffany meets each person where they are, with warmth, attunement, and clear boundaries that support a sense of safety and trust.

If you’re someone who longs to be held in a way that feels grounded, nurturing, and genuinely human, you’ll likely feel at home here.
